About the Role We are looking for a creative and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead special projects to penetrate the art collectibles market in Indonesia.

• Innovate and spearhead market development projects & customer engagement platforms

• Develop and present compelling product stories to support launches, marketing, and sales.

• Support and manage ongoing collaborations with Indonesian partners and stakeholders

• Stay updated on market trends on art collectibles, and tools to continuously contribute fresh and innovative ideas as well as new collaboration opportunities.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and delivering exceptional results.

• Thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and adapt quickly to changing project needs and priorities.

Requirements

• Strong interest or experience in art collectibles market

• Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, as the role involves working directly with Indonesian stakeholders

• Prior experience in business development and/or creative roles is an advantage.

• Able to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across cultures.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage fast-moving, multi-stakeholder projects
