Job Summary Manage air and sea import/export shipments and transshipments while coordinating with customers, overseas agents, and transporters to ensure smooth cargo clearance and delivery. Prepare necessary documentation and support operational logistics. Responsibilities Manage air and sea import and export shipments, including transshipment, to ensure timely and accurate delivery Coordinate shipment arrangements by liaising with customers and overseas agents to meet logistics requirements Collaborate with transporters to facilitate cargo clearance and delivery, resolving issues promptly Prepare invoices, permit declarations, and insurance declarations accurately for customer shipments Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to document, track, and report shipment details efficiently Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support logistics operations
