Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements Graduate of any 4yr course, preferably IT or Engineering related. Strong working knowledge of the Service Desk Function. Good knowledge level on multiple IT technologies. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Willing and able to work effectively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment. Willing and able to work on a shifting schedule.
