The IT Associate is in charge of resolving technical issues, such as diagnosing hardware and software issues, as well as ensuring smooth IT operations by minimizing downtime to enable staffs to perform their tasks efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience in relevant technologies 2. 1 year experience in IT operations preferably in Hotel Industry
