Sales Team leader

Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team across both project sales and Academy sales channels

Own and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to closing and after-sales follow-up

Drive sales of interior design and architecture project services to prospective clients

Drive enrollment and sales for ACACIA Zone Academy courses and training programs

Set, track, and report on sales KPIs, targets, and conversion rates for the team

Develop and refine sales scripts, pricing proposals, and client presentations

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and leads

Coordinate closely with the design team, Academy team, and marketing to align on offers, pipeline, and messaging

Monitor CRM data quality and ensure accurate, up-to-date pipeline records

Identify new sales opportunities and market segments across both project and education services

Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management

This position is for Port Said residence only.

■ 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role ■ Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team ■ Experience managing a full sales funnel, from lead generation through closing ■ Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills ■ Comfortable managing multiple sales pipelines simultaneously (e.g., project sales and education sales) ■ Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting ■ Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English ■ Strong organizational and time-management skills
