Prestigious Residential Estate, Chelsea Salary: £35,000 + Apartment/Flat (SW3) Location: Chelsea, London Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm | Alternate Saturdays 8am-1pm | On-call rota every 4 weeks Contract: Full-time, permanent We are partnering with one of London's most iconic and high-profile estate management companies to find a first-class, live-in Porter to join a tight-knit, trusted team supporting a luxury residential and mixed-use portfolio in the heart of Chelsea. This is not your average porter role - we're seeking someone who delivers above-and-beyond service, with a calm, polished presence, strong communication skills and a talent for problem-solving. About the Role You'll be the face of the estate and a key on-the-ground presence - ensuring the buildings are safe, immaculate and run like clockwork. You'll support residents, manage contractors, respond to emergencies and help maintain the integrity and high standards of the estate at all times. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent tenant service Conduct property inspections and monitor site works Manage contractors and respond to urgent issues Maintain building knowledge and operational standards Coordinate keys, mail, meters and move-ins Report safety, maintenance and ASB issues Liaise with Lettings, Property Management, Security & Sustainability teams

What We're Looking For...
