ASESORES DE CITAS ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE - SECTOR SALUD

FUNCIÓN:

• Atender llamadas y gestionar citas de asegurados.
• Aplicar protocolos de atención de EsSalud.
• Validar datos y acreditación del asegurado.
• Gestionar, registrar y dar seguimiento a citas.
• Resolver consultas y brindar información.

HORARIO:

LUNES A DOMINGO (DESCANSO ROTATIVO UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA)

HORARIOS DISPONIBLES:

Full Time:

• 06:00 A.M. A 02:00 P.M.
• 02:00 P.M. A 10:00 P.M.

REQUISITOS:

• Experiencia min. 6 meses como teleoperador en agendamiento de citas por llamadas- atención al cliente. ( Indispensable )
• Estudios a partir de 3er ciclo para adelante, sea carrera técnica o universitaria.
• Manejo de herramientas de Word, Excel, Power Point a nivel Básico. ( Indispensable )
• Contar con disponibilidad inmediata.

UBICACIÓN:

AV. ARENALES N.° 1302, JESÚS MARÍA (REF. A 2 CUADRAS DEL HOSPITAL REBAGLIATI).
