Principal Architectural Project Executive

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building project.
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects .
• Successfully completed at least three projects at the construction and handover stages.
• Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic
• Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable to handle fast paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CLIENT, and other stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,with the abilityto interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations.
