Key Requirements:
- a. Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in BIMmanagement, including proven capability in establishing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks.
- b. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM management during theconstruction stage, with a successful track record that includes the delivery of no fewer than two (2) Project BIM Execution Plans for construction stage projects.
- c. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
- d. Completed a certified BIM Management course.
- e. Demonstrated strong multidisciplinary understanding across Civil,Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering domains.
- f. Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination, preferably in large-scale or complex projects.
- g. Highly motivated, able to work independently, and capable of thriving in fast-paced project environments.
- h. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersat all levels.
- i. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM tools.
- j. Practical experience in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual
- k. Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
