Carpenter/Fixer

Our client: K&M Lynskey & Company Limited located at: Unit 36 The Business Centre, Stadium Business Park,Ballycoolin,D11X228 is recruiting carpenters to join the operation team.

The duties includes:

• interpret construction drawings, carry out site measurements, mark out positions for internal partition walls and suspended ceiling systems.
• Prepare work areas and arrange materials on site.
• install metal stud partitions, ceiling battens and supporting frames.
• Fit acoustic and thermal insulation within wall and ceiling cavities in compliance with building regulations.
• Measure, cut and shape plasterboard.
• Fix plasterboard to metal or timber framing using screws and drywall adhesive.
• Cut neat openings for electrical boxes, pipework and other service penetrations,
• fix or install wood frames or structures according to the project requirement.

The hourly salary is €23.74 and the weekly working hours is 39.
