COSMETOLOGY LECTRURER
Duties:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in cosmetology, covering both hair technology and beauty therapy.
- Demonstrate and train students on various hairdressing, hairstyling, skincare, makeup, manicure, pedicure, and beauty techniques.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and practical assessments in line with TVET curriculum and competency-based training requirements.
- Assess and monitor students' practical skills and academic progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Mentor and support students by promoting professional standards, hygiene, safety, creativity, and industry best practices in the beauty and hair technology sector.
Requirements:
- Diploma in cosmetology (KNEC, NITA, OR CDACC)
- 2 years experience in a Tvet institution
- Has passion in training
- Vast practical knowledge & skills in both hair and beauty technology
- Must be a TVET Certified trainer
