Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint in the facility management sector across Cairo. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of market trends to identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facility management industry in the Cairo region.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve collective goals.
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the facility management industry.
• Strong understanding of the Cairo market and regional business landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
