Job Description :

1. Direct prompt customer delivery within the established SOP.

1. Learn and be competent in service and kitchen staff duties.

1. Maintain critical standard: holding times, service speed and quality.

1. Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager.

1. Train and work to retain effective team members.

1. Requisitions of operating stock needs.

1. Able to do shift work, including weekends and public holidays
