Digital Marketing Executive
Job Purpose
Supports the development, optimization, and execution of the Club's digital marketing, performance campaigns, online content, and member digital engagement strategies across web and mobile touch points.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the digital marketing content calendar, campaign planning, and omni-channel execution.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and tracking requirements for paid, earned, and owned media campaigns.
- Draft and schedule targeted email marketing, push notifications, digital newsletters, and member communications via CRM platforms.
- Manage, monitor, and grow approved digital and social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,TikTok).
- Plan, film, and coordinate short-form video content, event coverage, and digital media production.
- Work with Events &Partnerships to drive digital event promotion, landing page setups, and online registration campaigns.
- Assist with digital copy writing, SEO content optimization, and ad copy creation across online touchpoints.
- Coordinate production of digital assets, web banners, digital menus, e-brochures, and interactive collateral.
- Maintain digital asset libraries, link trees, UTM tracking archives, supplier databases, and martech tools.
- Assist with digital performance reports (Google Analytics, social insights), quotations, purchase requests, and marketing invoices.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, or related discipline preferred.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing tools, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is advantageous.
- Strong copywriting, content creation (Canva/CapCut/Adobe Creative Suite), project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Creative, analytical, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across functional teams in a fast-paced digital environment. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
