- Receive RFQs from customers and prepare quotations.
- Negotiate and coordinate pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor delivery schedules for both suppliers and customers.
- Act as the main point of contact (Customer Window).
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, and other relevant departments.
- Follow up on and resolve issues arising during the ordering and delivery processes.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related data using Excel.
Working Conditions : Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.30

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged under 35 years old. Bachelor’s Degree in any field. At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or related positions within the manufacturing (MFG) business. Experience in preparing quotations and coordinating delivery processes. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
