Recruitment Specialist

Work tasks: Manage recruitment projects independently, from candidate sourcing through to hiring Actively source Lithuanian-speaking candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and direct outreach Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ experience, expectations and suitability Explain job opportunities and working conditions, including relocation details where relevant Manage the candidate database, build talent pools and stay in touch with candidates Work with colleagues and clients to understand staffing needs and set recruitment priorities Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process Contribute to improving recruitment marketing and the candidate experience The main focus is on the Lithuanian market, with opportunities to contribute to recruitment projects across the Baltics and Nordics. Recruitment covers production, logistics, office and specialist roles.
