Warehouse Project Manager
Job description
- Supervise and control daily warehouse operations in the Sulawesi area to ensure efficiency and smooth execution.
- Handle and monitor warehouse activities at the Sulawesi warehouse site, including daily operations, manpower coordination, and issue escalation.
- Monitor warehouse team performance and LSP KPI achievement.
- Manage product handling, storage, inventory, and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding project and operational requirements.
- Identify warehouse issues, analyze root causes, and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Must proficient in English, both spoken and written; Mandarin is preferred.
- Willing to follow overtime arrangements when required.
- Computer literate and able to operate office systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Highly motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed at the warehouse site in Sulawesi.
