About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced, mature, and highly adaptable Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate business operations at its Tororo location.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant management or operational experience. Experience in trading, manufacturing, logistics, import/export, or a related industry is preferred. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly flexible, hands-on, and adaptable. Willingness and ability to work extensively from any allocated region. Ability to work effectively within a diverse and multicultural business environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference may be given to a Ugandan citizen with strong familiarity with Asian business culture and management practices, based on the client’s operational environment.
