SAP HR Systems Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors & BTP)

Job:

• Support and enhance SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors systems .
• Onshore role. Work directly with HR business users. No offshore model.
• Responsible for requirement gathering to support and maintenance.

Role:

• Responsible for requirement gathering to support and maintenance.
• Gather and analyze user requirements.
• Translate into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, develop, test, implement and maintain SAP HR / SuccessFactors applications.
• Build integrations using SAP BTP , OData services, and APIs.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain documentation and existing HR systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in systems analysis, design, database design, development, implementation, and QA.
• Proven experience working directly with business users to gather requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently.

Technical Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central – Time Off, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, Succession & Development, Story Reports, Learning, SuccessFactors Mobile).
• SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model, SAP BTP Credential & Access Management (CAM) Services).
• Databases ( SAP HANA).
• Programming & Technologies (SAP HR ABAP, SAPUI5, JavaScript, SAP OData Services).
