(T&T) Operations & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Operations & Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of communication between customers, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to build a career in logistics and supply chain. Previous warehousing or logistics experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and warehouse activity.

Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and provide timely status updates.

Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are received, processed, picked, staged, and shipped accurately.

Enter and maintain customer orders and shipment information in warehouse and transportation systems.

Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with customers and carriers.

Track shipments and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or operational issues.

Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and internal communication platforms.

Assist with inventory inquiries, order discrepancies, damaged freight, and missing product.

Review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.

Maintain accurate notes and records for customer accounts and operational activities.\

Work closely with warehouse supervisors, transportation teams, and customer service representatives to resolve issues quickly.

Assist with daily reporting and other administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Agent 1 - Mon - Fri. - 0700-1500 CST Agent 2 - Mon - Fri - 0700-1500 CST Agent 3 - Wed - Sun - 0700-1500 CST Agent 4 - Mon - Fri - 1500-2300 CST Agent 5 - Mon - Fri - 1500-2300 CST Agent 6 - Wed - Sun - 1500-2300 CST Agent 7 - Wed - Sun - 0700-1600 CST Agent 8 - Mon - Fri - 2300-0700 CST Agent 9 - Wed - Sun - 2300-0700 CST

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills Previous customer service, administrative, warehouse, transportation, or logistics experience.

Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS).

Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, BOLs, PODs, and freight terminology.

Experience communicating with truck drivers or transportation carriers is a plus.
