What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to Zaxby's standards

Accurately assemble guest orders with speed and quality

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Safely operate kitchen and food preparation equipment

Keep stations stocked and ready for service

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

Assist with receiving and stocking inventory deliveries

Help maintain equipment and report maintenance needs

Work with a sense of urgency while supporting your team

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 16 years old

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Dependable and team-oriented

Eager to learn and improve

Reliable transportation

Available to work 12–40 hours per week

Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
