Area Distribution Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time field role for an Area Supervisor at Eastern Visayas.

The Area Supervisor will be responsible for tasks related to distribution, inventory control, communication, area and account management and AR management on a daily basis.

The responsibility includes opening community resellers, horeca and non-traditional accounts in untapped and uncovered territories by promoting and selling-in our brands, with the proper in-store execution, product placement and building strong customer relationships.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding product presence, and supporting company trade initiatives within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation and people skills

3 years FMCG experience in local key account management and distributor engagements

Can speak and understand local region dialects

With Valid Driver’s license
