Assist customers with loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete.

Conduct customer home and business visits and support loan verification.

Follow up on approved loans and facilitate timely disbursement.

Manage and monitor the assigned loan portfolio.

Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure timely repayments.

Make collection calls and field visits and support recovery of overdue and delinquent loans.

Meet set targets for leads, new customers, loan disbursement and collections.

Maintain accurate customer and loan records and submit timely reports.

Promote repeat borrowing among customers with good repayment performance.

Escalate high-risk and problematic accounts to management.

Promote responsible borrowing, financial literacy and sustainable business growth.

Comply with YOO & TUU Capital's policies, credit procedures, customer protection requirements and applicable laws.
