Archi Coordinator cum Drafter

Coordinate architectural drawings and documentation with relevant parties.

Prepare, develop, and revise architectural drawings using  AutoCAD  and other relevant drafting software.

Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction drawings based on design requirements.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building regulations, and authority requirements.

Coordinate architectural details with structural, M&E, and other technical drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Review drawings and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.

Assist in preparing drawings and documents for authority submissions and approvals.

Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and discussions with project teams when required.

Liaise with site personnel and contractors to clarify drawing details and resolve technical issues.

Update drawings according to site conditions, design changes, and consultants' comments.

Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, submissions, and project documentation.

Assist architects and project teams with drafting, design development, and technical coordination.

Prepare as-built drawings based on completed site works.

Monitor drawing submission schedules and follow up on outstanding comments or revisions.

Perform other architectural coordination and drafting duties as assigned.
