Are you an experienced beauty professional with a passion for leadership and a proven track record of driving sales? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beauty Consultant Manager to lead our beauty department. In this role, you will inspire a team of beauty consultants, manage daily counter operations, and elevate our brand experience to new heights.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Beauty Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and expense management.
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies, promotional events, and product launches to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, onboarding, and continuous training on product knowledge and artistry techniques.
- Oversee customer service standards, stepping in to resolve complex client escalations with professionalism.
- Analyse sales data and KPI metrics to identify growth opportunities and report findings to upper management.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in retail beauty sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative, high-energy environment.
- Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and familiarity with retail KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average basket size).
- Deep passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry, skincare trends, and makeup artistry.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and peak holiday seasons.
