Supplier Quality Engineer

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements and its core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA).
• Able to manage NC product and lead supplier root cause investigation.
• Able to analyze and establish Quality Report (8D report, why-why analysis, etc.).
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong in communication and relationship building abilities.
• High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset.

Job Overview:

• Lead of PPAP audit, supplier audit before batch manufacture, production capacity assessment.
• Responsible for controlling suppliers, analyze supplier quality performance, support other departments related to quality control points raw materials and timely delivery rate.
• Participate in setting up the annual supplier overall quality target and promotion plan.
• Responsible for promoting suppliers' quality management, participate in establish and improve management standard, process and methods.
• Confirm supplier responsibility of compensation due to the quality issue and perform a quality claim.
• Assigned tasks related to the job as required.
