Manufacturing Engineer position

Analasis and collect data for verification ( Productivity, yield, OEE ), analysis problems in the production line ( defects,scrap,downtime) and find soulution/ Preventive measure ,prepared and maintain document such as Process Flow,PFMEA,WI and Control Plan. Managerial Skill : -Manage the QC7 Tool, Productivity, OEE Activity. -Strong leadership/Self-motivation, good leadership -Teamwork / Cooperative /Strong analytical ability -Good presentation skills with problem-solving and leadership skills. -Analyze and problem in production line ( Defect,Scrap,Downtime ) and Action Plan. Technical Skills : -Manage Role of document such as Process Flow, PFMEA,WI,Control Plan. -Manage and Follow up Plan Productivity of Production. -Experienced in Manufacturing Automotive. -Good communication & Negotiation. Conceptual Skills : -Develop a concrete action plan to address workplace problems. -Mentor and consult to production. Human Skills : -Able to influence, motivate and communicate effectively with others from high-level policy goals at work and operational plans in an easy-to-understand manner and share it with the team. -Must have good communication skills that can motivate, build a good relationship in the team, convince the team to work for acheive target. -Work under pressure /High Responsibility/Be honest Professional attitude : -Service mind : To improve customer satisfaction and improve the image of the company and work together with employees. -Sincerity : Recognize the role and work diligently with enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

1. Male/Female
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Engineer or related fields.
3. At least 3 years of experience in production of Automotive.
4. Manage the QC7 Tool, Productivity, OEE Activity.
5. Strong leadership/Self-motivation, good leadership
6. Teamwork / Cooperative /Strong analytical ability
7. Good presentation skills with problem-solving and leadership skills.
8. Analyze and problem in production line ( Defect,Scrap,Downtime ) and Action Plan.
