Working Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working hours may vary depending on site requirements Monday to Friday Saturday work may be required depending on site activities
MICRON PROJECT : (6 MONTHS SUBJECTED TO EXTEND)
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with main contractors and site teams.
- Translate and communicate instructions from Chinese-speaking main contractors to English-speaking staff/workers.
- Assist with daily site coordination and follow up on work progress.
- Ensure site instructions and requirements are clearly communicated to the relevant teams.
- Handle general site coordination and administrative duties.
- Assist with other site-related tasks as assigned.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
Fluency in BOTH Chinese and English is VERY IMPORTANT for this position. The candidate must be able to:
- Speak and understand Chinese fluently
- Speak and understand English fluently
- Translate Chinese ↔ English accurately during site communications and discussions
- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking main contractors and English-speaking workers/site teams
Other Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
- Responsible, organised, and willing to work according to site requirements.
- Previous construction/site coordination experience will be an advantage.
- Any Degree or equivalent.
