Junior Business Analyst

Assist the implementation team in documenting business process flows and operational procedures.

Prepare user manuals and documentation for implemented systems and processes.

Support data migration activities, including organizing and preparing client data for system import.

Assist in mapping business requirements to system functionality.

Help design and prepare printable business forms and reports used within the system.

Work closely with team members to ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with system workflows.

Participate in implementation projects involving modules such as Sales, Procurement, Inventory Management, Cash Management, Accounting, and Project Management

Has strong documentation and writing skills
