FORMWORK FOREMAN

Responsibilities: Supervise and lead formwork workers on site. Plan, coordinate and monitor formwork installation and dismantling works. Ensure work quality and compliance with safety requirements. Read and understand construction drawings. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works. Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant experience in formwork/construction works. Experience in supervising workers on construction sites. Able to read and understand construction drawings. Good communication and leadership skills. Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
