Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Supervisor to support the financial and operational activities of a growing automotive business in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, overseeing administrative processes, and supporting operational efficiency in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4–7 years of experience in accounting and/or operations Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or accounting software Familiarity with VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus Strong Excel skills (reporting, data analysis) Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in automotive, retail, or distribution industries Prior experience working in GCC or willingness to relocate to Riyadh Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus
