Dsicipline support officer (Woodlands , School )

The Services required are set out as follows: Attendance & Latecoming

• Monitor and follow up on student attendance and latecoming matters
• Escalate persistent cases to the relevant school personnel Discipline Support
• Assist in day-to-day discipline duties and procedures
• Document and follow up on discipline cases as directed by the committee

At-Risk Student Support

• Support and oversee intervention programmes for at-risk

students

• Monitor student progress and accompany staff on home visits

Safety & Patrolling

• Conduct regular patrols within the school compound and

surrounding neighbourhood

• Report safety concerns and suspicious behaviour promptly

Smoking & Vaping Cessation

• Assist in the implementation of smoking and vaping

cessation programmes

• Monitor and deter smoking and vaping activities in and

around school Administrative Support

• Maintain records of incidents, interventions, and student

progress• Provide general administrative support for committeeactivities Ad-Hoc Duties

• Any other duties as assigned by the School
