Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations.
- Build good relationships with customers and support repeat business.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Provide guidance and support to junior Retail Assistants.
- Assist with daily store operations, cashiering and stock management.
- Ensure merchandise and visual displays are maintained according to brand standards.
- Handle customer enquiries and assist in resolving service issues.
- Support the Supervisor/Store Manager in daily operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Requirements
- Preferably 2–3 years of retail experience, ideally within fashion/apparel.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
