Sales Agent

Role Objective

Drive customer acquisition and sales of internet services in Utawala and surrounding areas through proactive field engagement, lead generation, product promotion, customer follow-up and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective customers within Utawala and surrounding areas.

Conduct door-to-door and other field sales activities to generate leads.

Explain internet packages, pricing, promotions and service benefits to prospective customers.

Convert qualified leads into new customers and follow up on enquiries.

Maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous sales experience is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, energetic and target-driven.

Ability to conduct field and door-to-door sales activities.

Knowledge of Utawala and surrounding areas is an advantage.
