As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service and repair commercial dishwashers and related systems.
- Perform on-site inspections and preventive maintenance services.
- Carry out equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency breakdowns, including selected weekends and public holidays.
- Conduct site visits and provide equipment/operator training to customers.
- Generate and compile service and job reports.
- Follow up with customers on repair and service requirements.
- Use computerised job allocation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Assist with spare parts ordering when required.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant service, maintenance, engineering or technical experience preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Relevant electrical knowledge/qualification and experience working with single-phase and three-phase equipment is required.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- Good spoken and written English.
