*Role Description*
This is an on-site role for Merchandisers for our Grocery client, located in the GTA. The Merchandiser will be part of a team responsible for executing retail merchandising tasks and maintaining product displays.
*Schedule:*
7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Thursday with the occasional Friday as required for special projects. Up to 32 hours per week Hours may differ day to day Potential for Weekend/Overnight/Out of town work Schedule is based on needs of the business.
*Responsibilities*
- Strong attention to detail, specifically understanding and executing changes to a planogram.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Proactively identify issues and show initiative in solving problems.
- Energetic, independent, and enthusiastic.
- Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable traveling up to 50 km from your region (including paid commute time + expenses - according to company policy)
- Comfortable working in freezers from time to time
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
*Qualifications*
- Minimum 1 year of planogram execution experience preferred. Preference for those that can execute a planogram in store with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift 40kgs and be able to bend
- Must have reliable transportation or own your own vehicle.
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and execute merchandising tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
*Attendance & Scheduling Expectations *
- We expect team members to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to support operational needs.
- Schedule personal and medical appointments outside of working hours or on scheduled days off whenever possible.
- Minimize avoidable absences while following company attendance and sick leave policies.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
