Maximo Administraor

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience in administration, configuration, and support of IBM Maximo Asset Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Maximo system administration, user/security management, workflows, escalations, cron tasks, and environment support. This role requires a professional who can manage day-to-day Maximo operations, troubleshoot issues, support business users, and ensure system performance and stability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Administer and support the IBM Maximo application environment
• Configure and manage users, security groups, roles, start centers, domains, and system properties
• Create and maintain workflows, escalations, cron tasks, and automation scripts
• Support Maximo modules such as Asset Management, Work Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Preventive Maintenance
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application, user, and configuration issues
• Coordinate deployments, patching, upgrades, and environment management across Dev, Test, and Production
• Support integration-related activities using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Work with technical and functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Maintain documentation for configuration, support procedures, and issue resolution
• Provide end-user support and training as needed

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IBM Maximo Administration
• Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo Asset Management
• Experience in security groups, users, organizations, sites, start centers, and domains
• Hands-on experience with workflows, escalations, cron tasks, and automation scripts
• Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Good understanding of SQL and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Exposure to WebSphere / WebLogic / application server administration
• Experience in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
