Retail Sales & Social Media Executive

OCEANOVA is a Singapore lifestyle brand located at The Centrepoint, Orchard Road. We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Retail Sales & Store Operations
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Recommend suitable products and assist customers with purchases
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle cashiering and POS transactions
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory and daily store operations
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create photos and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED)
- Film and edit Reels/TikTok-style content using a smartphone
- Support regular social media posting and account management
- Follow social media trends and propose creative content ideas
- Assist with promotions, product launches and KOL/influencer collaborations
- Engage with followers and help grow our online community
Requirements:
- Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail and social media
- Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers
- Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content
- Able to take good photos and videos using a smartphone
- Basic CapCut or other video editing skills
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok
- Xiaohongshu (RED) experience is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English
- Mandarin is an advantage
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
- Retail, sales or social media experience preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong social media skills are welcome to apply
