Business Development

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to coordinate effectively across different divisions
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in a structured manner
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Adaptable to dynamic working environments
• Interested in operational and business process improvement
• Familiarity with operational workflows or data analysis is an advantage
• Willing to conduct site visits or operational monitoring out of town when required
• Have good driving skills with a valid driver’s license (SIM A) is an advantage
