Your profile:

  • Commercial background and/or education
  • Highly IT oriented with experience in administrating ERP/CRM systems – ideally MS Dynamics NAV and Salesforce
  • Experience with Data Warehouse and Master Data Management Software preferred
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Eager to learn the different company areas in detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of responsibility
  • Good in communicating with people
  • Enjoy working with an international team and willingness to travel periodically
  • Internal first level support for the ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and Salesforce
  • Assisting system users from all departments (order processing, finance etc) and all international subsidiaries
  • Providing answers for company-internal processes and system functionality
  • Creating documentation for work flows and solutions (in English)
  • Data maintenance and verification
  • Database administration
