Job description

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales and delivery of high impact projects in GCC while resolving complex strategic problems and meeting business targets for clients

Proactively manage client engagements in key markets to foster value-added services growth

Lead the planning and delivery of solutions and service offerings into the market, working with practice leads to address client needs in the region

Identify additional client project opportunities and lead the preparation of proposals for new client work

Lead the strategy development for the consulting business in the GCC regions in alignment with the VCA CEMEA and GCC VCA Digital and Strategy, Risk and Portfolio Leads

Drive the deployment and roll out of key strategic topics and capabilities

Support GCC Consulting & Analytics leadership on project and practice economics, value-in-kind forecasts, burn rates, utilization, scorecards and to manage risk and quality of the project deliverables

Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required assignment objectives, project scope, budget and project delivery

Develop IP and knowledge sharing with consulting & data science teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

10 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred qualifications:

12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 8-10 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

Minimum 15 years of experience in a financial services consulting role (combination of consulting and banking experience is highly desirable)

Proven experience in business development and project delivery for a consulting business

Experience driving large-scale change management initiatives either in a consulting or practitioner capacity

A combination of local, regional and global experience in financial services is strongly desired

Ability to develop strategies and activities to increase effectiveness of programs based on performance

Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills

A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Relationship management skills, should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels

Group facilitation and presentation skills

Able to travel frequently and work on client site for extended periods across GCC

Fluency in English mandatory. Additional language skills (Arabic) is highly preferred
