Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory controls and optimize stock levels to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal departments to facilitate timely transport and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Assist in managing warehouse budgets and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
