ELECTRICAL SITE MANAGER

Oversee daily site construction activities, including work scheduling, subcontractor coordination, manpower deployment, and quality control.

Review M&E design drawings, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements..

Coordinate with the Construction Project Manager on project progress, site issues, technical matters, and potential delays.

Resolve technical and site coordination issues to ensure smooth execution of construction works.

Lead and conduct site meetings to address work progress, design coordination, technical issues, and construction requirements.

Review contractors' technical submissions, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, owners, suppliers, and other trades on project planning, design coordination, tender matters, and site execution.

Assist in the preparation and submission of Variation Orders (VOs), including supporting documentation and follow-up.

Prepare and follow up on submissions to relevant local authorities, including electrical substation submissions where applicable.

Ensure proper preparation, accuracy, and maintenance of project documentation, design submissions, inspection records, and site reports.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure that all works meet the required standards and approved specifications.
