Architect Design Manager

• Lead architectural design development and design coordination.
• Review and produce architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and landscape teams.
• Sign and certify architectural drawings for projects.

Qualifications: Thai nationality with a degree in Architecture. 3+ years in Design Development Management and 3+ years of hands-on architectural drafting. Strong knowledge of MEP, structural, and landscape coordination. Valid Senior Architect License or higher is mandatory. Associate Architect license is not accepted. Willing and legally qualified to sign and certify project drawings. Good command of English.
