Order handling, outlet upkeep, and occasional operational support, with requirements for good communication, teamwork, and food hygiene knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guest service: Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, clear tables, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Order accuracy: including special requests; verify completeness and accuracy before sending out to customers.
• Outlet maintenance: Keep the F&B outlet clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Inventory & stock: Monitor and restock takeaway packaging, disposable cutleries, ingredients, supplies, and menu items as needed.
• Cashier duties: Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle transactions.
• Team support: Assist other positions when required; rotate between outlets if applicable.
• Service quality: Maintain brand standards, provide “go-the-extra-mile” service, and ensure guest safety.
