Job description

Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment and development of a new Shared Services Centre that will provide services across the Baltic countries. Build strong partnerships with senior business leaders and act as a key member of the leadership team. Drive operational excellence through process improvements, standardization, and performance management. Inspire, coach, and develop managers and teams, creating an engaging and high-performing environment. Take ownership of service delivery, budgets, KPIs, governance, and continuous business improvement initiatives. Play a key role in shaping the future direction and growth of the SSC.

Requirements:

Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) and strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, controls, cash flow management, audits, governance, risk, and compliance. Proven leadership experience within SSC, Finance Operations, or similar environments, including team management, budgets, KPIs, service delivery, and operational performance. Strong understanding of Group reporting, financial controls, corporate policies, and month-end/year-end processes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights. Experience working in an international, multi-country environment, ideally across the Baltics, with knowledge of local finance, tax, and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, people development, problem-solving, and change management skills, combined with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Experience with SSC setup or transformation, process standardization, ERP/finance systems implementation, or manufacturing/industrial environments would be considered an advantage. Fluent English; additional Baltic languages or Russian would be a plus.
