EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER

You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER in the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (EEO) PROGRAM of MCAS BEAUFORT SC. Major duties

• You will be the primary advisor to the Commanding General/Commanding Officer (EEO Officer) at each command.
• You will provide leadership, guidance and coordination of expert EEO, technical, and consultative services covering all facets of the equal employment opportunity program.
• You will manage the EEO complaints counseling, investigation, and adjudication program
• You will develop EEO program instructions and review all personnel administrative guidance, practices, procedures, policies, instructions, directives, etc., to ensure EEO program compliance
• You will collect, compile, and conduct special studies of statistical and other data to ensure compliance and propose improvements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and managing a variety of Employment Opportunity Programs (EEO), consistently evaluating EEO programs and recommending improvements, developing statistical reports, AND advising and hosting training sessions for the workforce with emphasis on EEO complaint procedures.
