Project Manager/Claim Manager

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute and manage construction projects, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and project requirements. Lead and manage Project Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, schedules and assignments to ensure timely completion. Ensure site safety and security, and implement relevant site policies and procedures. Ensure construction works comply with company policies, government regulations and project requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Handle site and project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of construction experience . At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects of similar size and complexity. Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills. Able to independently manage projects and lead project teams and subcontractors.
