- Coordinate seafreight shipments and transport arrangements
- Book services with co-leaders for import and export and transhipment requirements
- Prepare import and export permit declarations for Customs clearange
- Process customers’ orders promptly
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customers’ shipments
