R&D Engineer

• Assist in the design and development of electronic products.

• Support trial runs and testing phases in collaboration with the design teams from China and Taiwan.

• Identify, report, and assist in debugging issues that arise during trial production runs in the Thailand factory.

• Communicate effectively with R&D centers in China and Taiwan to ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize basic Design of Experiments (DOE) principles to contribute to process improvement and issue resolution.

• Prepare and document reports on testing and development activities.

Qualifications: Fluency in Thai and proficiency in English or Chinese (both speaking and writing). 2+ years of experience in electronic product design and manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field. Hands-on experience with audio measurements, EMC, safety, and certification issues. Basic knowledge of embedded systems firmware and proficiency in C programming. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and external teams. Strong reporting and documentation skills.
